Transactions: 

Something uses a third party payment system that processes all transactions. If at anytime you have any payment processing issues you may contact your bank for further assistance. If there is a processing issue on our company end please feel free to reach out to us.

• All returns must be made with in 30 days of purchase in order to receive a refund. We do not offer exchanges on any product. 
• If an item is a back order, and not received within 3 weeks of purchase you can request a full refund for that item.
